Every woman in this chapter has become more than just a friend; she’s become a true sister. We support each other, we lift each other up, and we celebrate one another’s victories—big and small. Being a part of Alpha Xi Delta has shaped who I am, and I’m beyond proud to lead a group of women who are passionate, genuine, fun, and kind-hearted.
Our chapter involvement is something very special to us; specifically to our philanthropy Kids Matter, which assists children impacted by abuse, neglect, and addiction right here in Milwaukee.
In the end, I have found the most hilarious, inspiring, hardworking, and down-to-earth women, and I truly know that Alpha Xi has led me to some of my life-long best friends. I could not be prouder to lead a more amazing and special group of women. Alpha Xi, I love ya!
Then for the part about the philanthropy on the next page can you say we do a kickball tournament and involve all of panhel to have teams and raise money for our local impact organization Kids Matter. We also put on events such as Gli-Xi Night, Baked Xi-Ti, and stuffed animal drive all for the kids affected by foster care
Hi! I'm Lily Genecco, and I have the honor of serving as Chapter President of Alpha Xi Delta. I can confidently say that AXiD is my home away from home. This chapter has given me more than I could have ever imagined—lifelong friendships, personal growth, and a sisterhood that’s real and unwavering.

Words from sisters
We have sisterhood nights at our house where we watch shows like the bachelor and love island. I've always loved these nights because they give you such a time to talk and connect with members that you might not see on a daily basis, and I always love having that time to get to know the other members! We also did "Xi party" date night, where it was just our sorority at an event and I really loved that we didn't allow anyone to bring other people because it was such a fun time to be able to hang out with my whole chapter.

Our pass Xi syrup fundraiser is an event we do that brings the girls and their friends together to raise money for our philanthropy and get everyone outside on a weekend morning to spend time together.
